  Calyx R&E LLC is a one-stop research, development and manufacturing (instruments, detectors and machinery sizes from hand held to a ship) handling projects from concept to implementation; post-production support; modifications of and adaptations to existing facilities; development of specialized instrumentation, and development of custom technologies for all industries, such as Printing, Textiles, Agriculture Production, Power generation, Transportation, Ships and Marine, Ultra high pressure water jetting, Product security, Document security, RF ID and much more.

 Operations:

In most cases, final development is completed at the clients' facilities in order to achieve desired results in a timely and cost-effective manner. After project completion Calyx will maintain and support the system upon request. Machinery, Instruments, Components or any product manufactured by Calyx (a ISO 9000 company) is completed in Calyx facilities and supplied with UL, CE, approved (unless warning labeling and instructions are clearly stating the condition) Other certification can be achieved upon request.

 Chemistry:

Materials (organic, inorganic, nonmetallic)

Design and/or manufacturing of materials and molecular modeling for new or modified chemical reactions that relate to specific applications.  Development of detectable materials for use in the biomedical or industrial applications and integration with appropriate detection devices.  Extensive knowledge of materials can be related to applications in the coatings, plastics, semiconductor, and other industrial areas and can be quickly and easily implemented to solve clients’ problems, improve processes, or develop new products

 Electronics:

Design and production of analog and digital circuits, PCB, assembly and testing as surface mount, thru hole, and bread board. For most applications as Heavy Industry, Laboratories, Hand Held Devices and Prototype SUPPORTING ALL SECTIONS MENTIONED and more.

 Computers (hardware):

Support of PC/AT base systems, networking, and handshaking between hardware for automation.

Support small and large offices including Hardware, Establishing network and day to day support as needed. Modifying and upgrading existing systems even if there is only single computer in the entire facility. 

 Computers (software):

Support Programming in C, C++, Visual C++, MS Basic, Visual Basic, Oracle, AutoCAD/CAM, 6MB, MCL, Master CAM Access, Excel and most Microsoft products.

Support IT (Information technology) for small and large offices including Software, and Training.

 CNC (Computerized Numeric Controls):  

Providing Technology for Machining Centers (vertical and horizontal) of any size including automatic pallet changers and production up to six axis.

Design, Construction and Supply of Jigs and Fixtures for mass production, inspection and QC. Including Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Optics and Vision systems.

Design and construction of machines for specific needs.

Support Programming of all G-code and Macro programming for machines including Fanuc, Siemens controllers, Mori-Seki, Hitachi, Makino, Matzura, Bridgeport, Haas and many more using MasterCam, or pure code. 

 Robotics:

Providing Technology for single’ arm, multi’ arm robots, and robot array network for any industry.

Design, Construction and Supply of Jigs and Fixtures, including Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Optics and Vision Systems.

 Mechanics:

Design, construction, manufacturing, and modification of production lines.  Design and construction of machines for specific needs.

Establishing complete or partial facility for Production, Automation, Research, Transportation, Service and more.
